By now we all know the story of the kid who when 16 converted to Islam, became a Taliban member and was recently arrested and is being brought to trial in the US. He's 20 now.

He's over the news. His father wants to hug him but give him a spanking. I ask this oh wise one, What should happen to him? Is he a traitor (yes), should we not hold him accountable?

He should be brought to America and treated as the NARC that he is and brought to Court. F*ck what his dad says. If he gets away like OJ I think everyone standing outside the courtroom should start nailing blows to the head for his treacherous ways.

what his lawyers are trying to prove Tazz is that despite teh fact that he converted to Islam, moved to Pakistan to learn extreme Islam, etc... because he was 16 and a minor he is not accountable for his own actions since he was caught up in the fervor of teh country.

But he is 20 now. He was 20 when he was fighting against America. He is accountable now. I don't care if he decided to convert to Islam as a minor, he decided to fight against his home country as an adult.

Ok then, how about holding his parents responsible for his actions as a minor since they gave him permission to leave the country to study Islam? As his legal guardians, they were responsible for him up until he turned 18. What the F? They let their kid go and don't keep track of what he's doing over there? C'mon!

First off we cant prove he's a traitor legally becuase you need two witnesses willing to testafy that they saw him taking up arms against the US. What the SHOULD do is strip him of his citizenship and then try him in a millitary tribunal. Then he'd really be fucked.

Personally though, I say why waste all the time. Just cap his psuedo islamic-cracker ass!

Well i know i've already weighed in on this, and while I wouldnt like to see him go to trial, I agree with HHH, some one is definitley gonna pull a Jack Ruby on this kid.
I cant believe that the Taliban is so "smart" and adamant in their anti-us ways that he slipped through their fingers.
Finally, I think what bothers me the most about this situation is that this boy is only 20 yrs old. The same age as me. I dunno what could drive someone to act that way.
