I'm watching this on TLC.

He makes some good points, but I really can't take the guy who made strippers orgasm on command on Stern too seriously.

Although what a lot of what he was saying was total malarkey, he did make one point that I followed - one of the problems that we have is that we don't slow down and enjoy our food.

I tried it out today, and it worked - I bought some yogurt and some oatmeal for breakfast today, but I slowed down my eating and I realized that I was full and put the yogurt away for later.
