I will defintiely try it out one day ... but to me, it sounds like someone trying to convince me that Elira, Wisconson has better bagels than NY.

If Elira Wisconisn had a huge Jewish population, it may have better bagels.

New Haven's got great pizza the same reason New York has a great pizza. New Haven had a huge Italian population that learned how to make great pizza. Now over time, that population has dwindled, but there are a number of places created b those Italians that make incredible pizza.
