I've read that the average NASCAR vehicle gets 4.5 miles per gallon. They're burning up all of our fossil fuel so they can go nowhere and the throngs of simpletons in attendance can cheer at how fast they're pissing away money and gas?

It's almost as barbaric as the Roman Coliseum.

Isn't this the 21st century?

With all the gas you're blowing today, I bet there's enough to fuel all the cars in the race today.

Are you on your way to Atlanta?

I have been boycotting it, it's fucking boring rednecks driving in a circle.

And no matter what anyone says, most of those morbid assholes are just sitting there with a rod waiting for a huge crash.

No thanks, I'd rather slam my dick in a car door.

I don't think slamming your dick in a car door is a good alternative. Trust me....

Nascar is great, I only started watching it in the past 3 years. Since I got with the times and geared up with HD. I honestly don't care for the crashes, I watch it for the strategy, the accuracy and the intensity.

Really, it's much more than driving in circles.

I won't be boycotting Nascar anytime soon. As a matter of fact, I'm going to leave my vehicle running unattended all day and all night tonight to honour the boys of Nascar.

Using this logic no games should be viewed by the public. Just think of how many more people are using fossil fuel going back and forth to baseball, football, basketball and to a lesser extent hockey games every season. All games should be played in empty stadiums and we all watch from homes that heated by solar panels. Then maybe the Earth will survive one more day. Maybe.

And not to mention the 24 hour races at Daytona and Lemans-cars racing for 24 straight! And the Indy Racing League, Formula One, The Baja 1000, The UAE (United Arab Emirates) Desert Challenge, and the World Rally Challenge. For starters.

In other words, racing isn't just for us hicks who like NASCAR. Get your heads out of your assholes, where do you think ABS, fuel injection and traction control came from?
Looking down on NASCAR doesn't make you an elitist. It just makes you stupid. TV shares of people watching "cars go around in circles" worldwide for NASCAR, IRL, F1, the WRC far outdo the numbers the NFL brings in.
The racing haterz on this board are just picking a fight with a power that is far greater then your measly football season.
