possession with intent to distribute -felony, manufacturing of a controlled substance with intent to distribute- felony. possession- felony. This is all from 2005 and they've finally tracked me down, and if i don't fly to Oregon and go to court for this shit I'll be fucked. i was hoping to wait the statute of limitations out on this shit, but that's not working too well.:wallbash:

the max I could get is 50+ years, and up to 500,000 dollars in fines. I'm pulling for a complete dismissal.

I was dumb and grew in my house. I have a degree in horticulture and used it the way it was meant to be used, then got caught. Strangely enough within days of some growers that I helped were busted. hmmmmmm. fucking rat bastard hippie fucks! In total I had about 15 or so pounds in jars, and another 3 pounds curing. this blows

Have you been indicted on these charges? Was it a first offense? Get a lawyer and meet with the prosecutor right away. Maybe you can cut some sort of deal. Have you been a good boy since then? That will help.

I left Oregon before any formal charges were placed, and pretty much have been moving more and more east. I'm in Houston now, and they found me. I talked to the DA one time on the phone, and she is a cunt. She won't tell me shit, so I need Johnny Cockring to bail me out of this shit storm. I haven't gotten in any trouble since this shit. I don't want to go to Oregon, but the DA says I have to be in court with my lawyer for the initial hearing, then if they release me on bail, I could just have my lawyer do most of the stuff. I was going to bail out of the U.S for seven years, but they won't let me get a passport now either.
