Alright, let's say you were running for political office. And in this imaginary world, no matter the office, you got to run rallies and give speeches...do all of the fun stuff. In this world tell us:

A. The office you'd run for.
B. The core theme of your campaign.
C. Your campaign song (And provide it if possible).

I'll go first:

A. The House of Representatives, Wisconsin, Congressional District 5 versus Republican James Sensenbrenner. He has been in the House since 1979.

B. My core theme would be that it's time for the voters of CD5 to elect a representative that represents the views of the people and governs for them. (Mind you Sensenbrenner is often named one of the worst Congressman in the US House (http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/12054520/the_10_worst_congressmen/2).) Sensenbrenner is therefore "out of touch".

C. So my theme song for my big fake rallies would be: Spoon - "The Underdog"

Every Night I'm gonna stand on the floor of Congress and just ramble on James Trafficant-style about Bullshit that citizens go through every day dealing with buerocrats, revenuers, and other dummies in the workings of government who do more to fuck things up then help.

I'm voting no on every spending bill until the government has a balanced budget, a functioning military with a sane foreign policy, Medicare that works without 10,000 pages of wasted ink and paper that says no to everything above a physical and Viagra prescriptions, and we get rid of subsidies for what it seems to be every form of commerce we have, including the dumb farm bills.
