Ok...considering that emotions get too in the way of things...what's wrong with marrying rich? I think of it as more of a business deal. We are both getting what we want....he's got sex and I got money. He can see other woman just as long as I can too :-)~ I just don't see a problem with marrying rich.

**People wonder where my secret lies. I'm not cute or built to suit a fashion model's size. But when I start to tell them..they think I'm telling lies.I say,It's in the reach of my arms, span of my hips, stride of my step, curl of my lips...I'm a woman**

neither do i. I honestly feel that I would be more than willing to marry a rich girl if just for the money. she might like me, i might not like her but if she's willing to fund me, i'm for it.
anyway, my father always told me to marry wealthy.
EDIT: There was a show based on this concept a few years bag- Ned and Stacey with the stupid guy from Wings and Grace from Will and Grace. the first season was pretty funny actually.

OK, Miss Anna Nicole Smith! Just playing Nurse Mira.
As long as you don't have a problem with marrying rich then that is fine with me. I'd rather be married to a woman that I loved with every being of my soul before it comes to the money aspect.
Everyone says this, money doesn't make you happy, but it just might work. Who am I to judge. It's just me.
I don't think I could live with myself and my conscience with being married to someone that I did not love and trust.

I'd rather be poor and live "happily ever after" with a person I'm madly in love with and who feels the same about me rather than marrying somebody just for the money.

This is assuming that people are this shallow. That all the guy wants is sex and all the woman wants is money or vise vera. Your right is a business deal. They had a name for it...whats it called...prositution? (j/k) its not literally prosititution of course but the values behind the actions are the same. now i'm not saying dont go out and do it. i'm just saying its not for me, especially when it comes to marriage. i know it sounds hokey and cliche but i have always imagined that when i got married it would because this is the "one" person who i loved and respected so much that i had to spend the rest of my life with them. i might consider this arrangement out of wed lock on either side of the situation. what would happen if either of you ever met someone of you truely loved? would it end or is the person you love simply supposed to be happy with sloppy seconds?

money is a means to an end, but never that important to me. Besides, I make enough money myself to be comfortable.

No offense, Mira, but way to bust up those stereotypes...
I wonder if you ladies feel the same way about dating? will you date someone who makes a modest living, but ultimately leave him for one of the 1%?
should I add a "wife fund" to my portfolio?
