ESD would be awful by himself. He is only good for a quick point here or there. For the most part he just makes ridiculous proclamations that end up being untrue. He is great for this show though because he's pretty much the only one willing to engage with Ron.

The whole appeal of ESD is lost if he has his own show. It would tank. He's almost on RnF too much as it is, making up a lot of Fez's once dwindling contribution. Like you said, he would need someone to play off of and call him out on his bullshit. I think he only works on RnF because it's fun to see how much he emulates Ron and copies any opinion Ron has on any subject and is so quick to sell out everyone else. He's great on RnF as the heel, I don't think he could branch out on his own at all.
