You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I live in NW Arkansas and Fox is not on Dish Network right now. There's a message that says they know the channel doesn't work and not to call. It went off the air about an hour before kickoff.

Luckily I have DirecTV but the bar I was counting on has Dish so I had to split.

And that's why Directv keeps bowling them over. Dish is cheaper then Directv, but you get what you pay for.
