It's true.
When you're working out, you jiggle. Many times, you jiggle in places you didn't even know you had.
Especially when you're heavier.
How do you ban the bounce?
I may hate Spandex as a part of my everyday wardrobe, but it's a necessary evil at the gym. Especially if it's made with CoolMax, ClimaLite or DuoDry, which are just a few of the brand names for wick-away fibers.
Yes, OK, Tara Parker-Pope did a blog on the NY Times "Well" blog about this a few weeks ago. Judging by the number of responses there, however, I thought it would be appropriate to bring it to our humble health and fitness forum.
I just googled for sports bras because I need to restock mine.
Here's the link:
Sports Bras at Bare Necessities (http://www.barenecessities.com/catalog.asp?nxs=31&style=31&cm_mmc=GLSR-_-sports%20bras-_-SportsBras-_-A&source=GoogleA&term=SportsBras&keyword=sports%20bras&LID=51232718)
Serious replies only, please.
