My sky fi 2 keeps changing the station on it's own. It's boom box docked, and stays in the same spot @ home. The problem started today and I haven't done any thing differant.

My roady has changed stations once in a while but I blame that on other motorists with remotes that are near me. Anybody else have this problem during the O&A show this morning?

Its funny that you mention this now because my SkyFi II just started doing the same damn thing. I was listening to the "unity sitdown" yesterday and it started changing channels on me. Weirdest fucking thing.

Sorry to hear that you're having the same problem but at least I know that I'm not the only one.

maybe thats what the mystery remote I found goes to. I've been aiming it at everything in the house and pressing the buttons.

Radio Disney is on my XM about 2 hrs per day as it is. My daughter loves the station and its keeps the kids interested when I drive them around.

Its not like I'm listening to NHL Center Ice or something like that.

my skyfi2 is a POS.

i have one in my work van that is hooked up to the tape adapter. and it always cuts out i have to turn it off and back on to get the radio to out put the sound.
also the time stops working and i have to turn it off and on again to get proper time

it doesnt happen all the time, but it will happen a 2 times over a course of the day.

im not sure if its because it was heavily used, im back in school now so its barely used but for the past year or so it was used 5 days a week for about 12 hours a day.

I was home most of the day today working on the house and noticed that mY sky fi would repeat the problem I described. Because it happened when I was standing in front of it, I noticed it would flash "memory recall" and scroll through my presets. I'm convinced that it's Marvin the martian or the Gremlin from the Warner Bros. cartoons causing the problem.

How soon we forget my mega-epic "Post your beat ass XM equipment" thread. (No link cause I'm posting from my phone and it adds more epic-meganess)
