I am so going to make this. My only question would be what brand of vodka do you use in the mason jar? You would almost want to use really good vodka to make something that unique. On the other hand would you really want to change the flavor of really good vodka like that, or what if it turns out like crap? That would certainly be a disappointing use of good booze.

This is ridiculous. At this point the "vodka-flavored" vodkas are outnumbered on the shelf by all of this chemical flavored crap! I'm waiting for sautéed scallop flavored gin.

I like bacon, and I like vodka. I'd try it if you could buy it, but I'm not frying bacon to put in vodka for 3 weeks in a closet, then freezing it, straining out the fat just so I can get vodka with a slight bacon flavor.

I'll just eat bacon, I don't need it in everything. My bet is you can hardly taste it over the strong alchohol flavor and burn of the vodka.
