So did anyone else watch the "lie detector" show?

Brutal to watch, but can't turn away.
Nice to see Silera appearing as the wife of the first contestant, though. :-)

This might just be too hard for most people to watch.

Man, how do you think that wife felt when he said he's been holding off on having kids because he's not sure they'll stay together? Not that I completely blame him as she clearly looked like a trophy wife that was there to look good with and to have a hell of a time banging, but that had to be embarrasing for her.

Yeah, that was a bad one. I kept thinking she should hit the button, but then I realized that she was being nosy. She WANTED to find out all this stuff. That must have been an uncomfortable ride home.

What channel was it on?

Nevermind...It was on FOX...should have known.

I was looking SO forward to it and it disappointed greatly. Do we need a full minute pause between the fake robot voice going "Your answer is" and then her saying "true"? It was just agonizing.

Also, it was because of this show that for the first time in history I heard someone call and insult Ronnie B on the show for him suggesting it might be worth watching. So you know it MUST be awful.

I know you're not being serious, they look nothing a like.

As for the show it was painfully slow.

I had to watch it just to see how bad it was going to be. After 5 minutes of the overly dramatic pauses and the really bad lead in segments, I wanted to turn the channel. After the first contestant, I had to punch out. That show has to be as bad as the new American Gladiators.

I've never seen this show but, I guess it's based on a lie-detector premise, right?

If yes then there are two contestants that I'd love to see in the hot seat.

OJ SIMPSON.

and... any overly religious person who thinks that god is real, mad, and that the end of the world is coming because of mankinds wicked ways. They've been spouting that "the end is near" for a thousand years already. I don't think that any of them truly BELIEVE that. They just love the feeling and power of judging others.

You could tell that the mother really did not like her daughter and that she was Daddy's favorite based on how different their reactions were to her. Wouldn't be surprised if the secret of her dad that she was keeping from her mom didn't have to do with some molesting at some point.

I just loved that she lost it all on the simplest question after destroying herself.

Whats the deal with this show (on now on FOX 5)?
They cannot agree ahead of time about issues since thats the first question
they are asked on the polygraph...
But some contestants reveal horrible secrets and act like its nothing.
Tonights contestant looks like they may break up the relationship - He is Mormon and she is Jewish...

FIRST TIME EVER a contestant had a false response and lost everything!
It was "since you got married have you lost interest in your husband sexually"
she said "no"

She lied.

She cried.

i feel sooo dirty for watching yet i cannot look away

Haven't we all at some point lost interest in our significant other at some time or another? I think the questions are set up for people to fail....and yet I still watch this train wreck of a show. I am so ashamed.

I dont understand these contestants!
They answer truthfully for 10 questions and then when they get to 100,00 dollars
and the question is tougher,...they lie and go home with nothing!

Its moronic...by lieing they lose the money AND they reveal the truth as clearly as if they
had told the truth. So why lie?
