7 to 2....Let the Great Debate Continue...

January 22, marks the anniversary of the Roe versus Wade decision. The decision found that the laws against abortion violated a constitutional right to privacy under the Due Process Clause of the 14h amendment. To this day the abortion issue remains one of the most talked about and politically charged decision America has faced. Every election since then and in the future will come to abortion as one of the key focal points. There are those that argue that abortion represents a woman's right to choose what is best for her and her body. There are others that feel it is a murderous act and the law is in need of reversal. I recently heard the argument, "...why is a man who kills a pregnant woman on trial for a double-murder, yet a woman who terminates the life of an unborn fetus legally allowed to do so?"

The debate goes on and the anniversary of Roe versus Wade is upon us again.
So I ask you, How do you feel about the abortion issue?

no offense but your poll answers suck.

There should be an option that states "Roe V. Wade was an unconstitutional decision and should be reversed and the decision should be left in the hands of the state legislature not the courts".

I am pro-choice but I believe Roe v Wade was an unconstitutional decision and the court once again showing too much power and going beyond the scope of their duties.

Wow, it's been 30 years? I remember when that happened. CT got buried in snow that year.

It's a bizarre and illogical argument when men are even involved in the debate.

Strictly a woman's choice.
