Problem With Videos Locking Up

I hope someone can help.....

For some reason, any time I watch videos online (youtube, google video, etc.) after about 5 minutes it freezes and my internet connection (both IE7 & Firefox) lock up.:annoyed:
I have restart my PC (Windows XP).
I've checked for viruses, adware, spyware. All OK. My fan is good, and my PC temp is about 98. I've also defraggged. No luck. Yet, when I play DVD's, they work fine.

Any ideas to what the problem is and how to fix it?

i get that occassionally myself. usually its just a big clusterfuck because i'm lacking on RAM.

5 minutes till it locks up? Thats 4:30 longer than I need.
