2008 Predictions

So it's about the middle of January and I've decided to start a thread where we can all post our predictions for what will happen within the year of 2008. Then by December we can look back and see who was right, who was sorta right, and who was absolutely wrong and can be laughed at.

Here's mine....
- Samoa Joe TNA World Champion by Lockdown in April
- Jeff Hardy WWE Champion at least once before the year is over
- John Cena returns as a heel to build even more heat for Hardy
- Ring of Honor gets a TV deal
- NWA Pro Wresting starts to gain more popularity with it's new territories and DISH Network show
- Vince McMahon is called before a Senate hearing about steroids in pro wrestling and nothing results from it
- OVW is dropped as a developmental territory and FCW becomes the primary place, OVW returns as an NWA territory (far fetched as far as the second part of the prediction goes)

JBL will definitely hold the belt at some time


mr kennedy will become the I.C. and then a transitional heavyweight champ or go back to smackdown and be the champ there

That one is sad...but will most likely end up being true, unfortunately.

At some point this year, TNA will finally get a clue and give the Samoa Joe for a good run. And...he will be more over then they ever could have dreamed.

Cena will turn heel.

HHH will win the strap at some point.

Jeff Hardy will not win the strap.

Bobby Lashley will get a manager, as his mic skills are horrific.

My prediction is that everyone get one year older....everyone except the ladies of ronfez.net and of course Gvac!!
