I was wondering that myself. From what I read the more visits your population goes up. I was wanting a house and a garage, etc. It is a lazy ass simcity

There should be a Sims version of RFville... I'd live between Dougrasso and Dave/ Casey...
From 1 - 3 I'd be at one neighbours, the rest of the time I'd be jacking at the windows of Doug's house to the shenanigans taking place inside.
