Earl is driving me crazy with the misuse of the word infer. Over the past couple weeks, he must have used it incorrectly at least 4 or 5 times.

Today, he claimed that through his comments, Robert Johnson inferred that Obama had done cocaine. No, Earl. Robert Johnson implied that Obama had done cocaine.

Sorry, but this is a pet peeve of mine.

Are you inferring that Earl is stupid?
My god. How bizarrely unexpected.

My peeve is farther vs. further

I find the word "amazing" overused.

as well as genius

also I loathe when people say "very unique." Something can be very rare but not very unique, it can be almost unique but never very unique.
