I confess to buying "Revolution Rock".
"These Eyes" by the Guess Who was my favorite make out song.

They taught us how to live, they taught us how to love......
Anyways, MANY of those CD's (Pure 80's, Monsters of Rock, Monster Ballads, Pure Moods III, etc.) are available in the stores and usually cost less. Remember that when you're up late watching these commercials!

Remember this commercial?
"Can I borrow this"?
"You have to buy your own my brother".
I think it was a soul compilation.

I was all over the 80's Rock Collection that Bobbi Brown ( from Warrant's " Cherry Pie " video ) was yappin' about one night. They had a lot of great songs, but some of the cd's had the same songs. It was like 8 cd's, but it was really 4 seperate collections that they were probably selling at one other time. So I got hosed on that deal.
I mean I liked The Romantics " Talking In My Sleep ", but not on 4 different cd's.
Thats what I loved about Napster. You could get those cheesy songs you loved without having to buy a collection of shitty ones.
On an off note, an ex-g/f of mine from Baton Rouge went to high school with that Bobbi Brown chick. I bet they got it on. Well at least in my head they did.

"Smooth '70's" - 2 discs of
classics such as "Wildfire",
"The Pina Colada Song", "Time
Passages" and "Dream Weaver",
plus 30 more.
I was smashed out of my gourd.

In light of my purchase of a lousy 2 disc set from late night TV while intoxicated, I have made a solemn vow to myself: The next time I want to go on a credit card spending spree while in a drunken stupor, it will be at the RonFez.net store. Too bad they don't sell hit songs by 10cc and Looking Glass there, though.

Call me crazy, but I still love that song! Is there hope for me, Heck, or am I doomed to never forget the '70's?

I have Singers and
Songwriters of the 70s. It is
admittedly not significantly
different from the Forrest
Gump Soundtrack, but....
still.

Fuck Time-Life. You buy one and they enroll you in a ripoff "CD a month club", just like that Columbia House crap.
And whatever happened to Zamfir, Boxcar Willie and the great Peter Lemoncello?????
