I know I mentioned it before but like I said I can NOT stress how important water is in dieting. I know a lot of people say they just cant or hate it. So anyone have any tips? I personally get a little bored with just drinking water too, I rarely drink anything else tho, except a cup of green tea in the evening and coffee before a work out. I have a coke zero once or twice a week but thats it, otherwise 12-15 glasses of water a day.
One thing I do sometimes is I toss some water, ice (more water) and squeeze a couple lemons in (fresh lemons) and add a few packets of splenda or equal and make some lemonade.

I add a splash of lemon myself, no sweetener. I can't tolerate plain water after a workout (makes me sick to my stomach) but I've found that the smidge of citrus helps me tolerate it better.
Also, those Crystal Light (and similar) "to go" packets that you drop right into a water bottle do the trick for a lot of folks. I really try to stay away from artificial sweeteners, but I prefer sucralose (Splenda) to aspartame (NutriSweet) or saccharine (Sweet'n'Low) . . . and most of those are sweetened with Splenda.

Ultimately, you just have to take a few days and drink nothing but water. Get a big bottle and just take it everywhere you go. Next thing you know, you're used to the (lack of) taste, and you start craving it.
I love carbonated water (Perrier, Gerolsteiner, Club Soda). I hate the artificial sweetener aftertaste of diet drinks, but I'll down a liter of Perrier no problem.

If water is too balnd, buy a product like Emergen-C and add that to your water.
You will also get a vitamin benefit as well as flavor.

I'm hooked on seltzer water. You can get in liter bottles with added natural flavors and no sweetener. They come in raspberry, orange, lemon-lime, cherry, black cherry and (believe it or not) kiwi strawberry. They take a little getting used to, but they become a staple when you do. I drink 2-3 liters a day. It's also not very expensive. Unless you're buying the Canada Dry ones or Perrier, you can get a liter bottle for between $.50 and $.70 a bottle.

I love water, I drink it almost all day aside from my almost daily cheat of getting an iced americano at Starbucks.
As for seltzers I like plain regular seltzer, and also manadarin orange seltzer by Canada Dry, especially the single serve ones.

And when you're done with the water bottle you break it in half and slit a cunt's throat and cum in her jizzevoir while she's still twitching and shit on the wound to cover it up so they can't find the evidence!
Right?
I miss you.

not quite, to much sucrose.
i drink about a gallon of H2O a day and it does get boring, so I add the green tea w/honey flavor additives. Crystal light and 4c both make a lot of different flavors but the green tea w/ honey is nice and subtle.

One way I've found water to be more tolerable, is to take about 3/4 cup of water, freeze it into 3 individual small blocks or "cubes", place them in the bottom of my favorite lowball, surrond said cubes with Dewars, and voila...that's some water we can all enjoy. But mostly me. Hands off my scotch.
