The MAyor of San Francisco, who admitted to cheating on his wife, by fucking his friends wife...was on a show about "Human Trafficking and Prostitution".

During the special they went to him numerous times, at one point he was telling of going along on a raid on a massage parlor. He says "we went into this parlor, there was a girl who jumped off a man, with whom she was engaged in a sex act with, the man gets up and I see the wedding ring on his finger, HE WAS MARRIED"

He also made other comments about the men using these establishments being involved in other relationships, and their families, what a scumbag Mr Newsom is.

I dont know, I think a man going to a parlor to fuck for money is a lesser evil than a Mayor who cheats on his wife, with his best friends wife...

newsom has allowed the city to be over run with homeless, parks littered with used condoms, tries to keeps the blue angels from performing, but then acts holier than thou...

I know there are hypocrites on all sides, Rudy for example...had Rudy said the same thing the post would have been the same.

I dont like anyone who imposes their fake morality.

I dont give a shit about "gay marriage", do I really like it, NO, but in actuality it does nothing to effect me, so I dont care.

"The affair happened in late 2005 as Newsom was undergoing a divorce with Guilfoyle and Rippey-Tourk worked in Newsom's office as the mayor's aide for commission appointments"

He didn't really cheat on his wife, it's still sorta hypocritical though. Do you have a link to this story?

I agree with you that his above comments are hypocritical. They're sorta specific and you must REALLY hate this guy to have been paying attention, but they are hypocritical. I mean, it's not like he's putting together a coallition to make penalties against people who cheat on their wives harsher, or looking to limit the rights of cheaters. It was just a stupid thing to say considering his past.

He did screw over his best friend tho by sleeping with his wife. But considering it's the mayor of San Francisco, I think HBox might have summed it up with too many words.

BUT, I was watching a show, and he did say those things....he really annoyed me, and of course the interviewer says nothing.

Well, if you want to go after his social policies, there is a lot to go after. If he wants to hang himself in the tabloids, so be it. His problem.
Remember, if Guiliani becomes the Republican nominee, what goes around comes around. Going after Newsome, or Bill Clinton or Ted Kennedy for marital indescretions will only invite the other side to volley back. We certainly paid for it with a lot of the nonsense we threw at Clinton and then got thrown back at Bush.

As far as cities go, as liberal as it is, it's still a great place to visit. I've been there 3 times in my life, and always enjoyed myself.
