lost season 3, WTF is going on?

just recently got into lost, and cracked into season 3, just finished the first disc last night

WTF is going on? the others are confusing the fuck out of me and my chick and we have no clue, who or what they are all about..

the last episode of disc 1, ended with the other leader, i forget his name and sawyer
the guy was showing sawyer their island from across the ocean, and said

the island is 2x bigger than alcatraz, there is no escaping.

so.. are the others that have sawyer, jack and kate on a separate island from the crash site?

I was waaaay into LOST when it first popped. I was into all the hidden shit. I cracked all kinds of codes. Discovered hidden websites. All that nonsense.

Then came season 3.


The writers definitely lost their way.Thank god they're gonna pull the plug next year.

I would like to see this series end with the entire cast boarding a boat, jumping a shark, and then getting eaten by it.

Then Sayid jumps over a shark tank on water skis,
We find out that Jacob is indeed the one armed man,
Jack opens a bistro,
They switch the actors that play Ben, but no one notices,
They all put on a musical to impress a hollywood producer who promises to get them off the island, but due to a knock on the head, Kate is Sun and Sun is Kate.
and while hiding from the others, Locke strangles a chicken, afraid that its incessant clucking will give away their location...turns out, the chicken was actually a human baby!
