1) I would say GTA, i like the expanseness of the one level and being able to always find new shit

If you want to just listen to recorded content when it's not docked the Nexus25 is a good buy. At my radio store you can get that with the home an car kit for $14.99 (after $50 rebate).

I used to be a huge tony hawk fan. It aint shit compared to skate. You dont use buttons to do anything but grab really. All the tricks you do with the anolog stick based on how you would move your feet and shit like that. It's one of the best games I've ever played, and I won't ever be able to buy a tony hawk game again.

First, I must say that Gamefly or rental is the best way to go with almost all games. I would only buy something like sports games - to have alot of replay value. Right now there are not many survivor horror games out for the PS3 (when the fuck is Resident Evil 5 coming out?) Metal Gear 4 and GTA 4 soon.
BTW... I got conned into renting Ratchet and Clank for PS3 and have to say it was a great game - kinda set up like a platform. I could not quit playing.

Uncharted Drake's Fortune is a must play game for PS3 right now. Game play is only like 10 hours so I would rent it.

I would definitely agree on the Gamefly thing. It is great and you can keep the games if you really like them. Usually for much cheaper than in the stores (albeit, it is "used", but they do send you the case and booklet), too.

shut up sissy, the controls are easy, just think like skating. Or read the fuckin trick book, it tells you exactly what way to move the stick to do each trick. The game plays esentially like tony hawk in how to manual and revert to keep combos but unlike that button smashing piece of shit tony hawk, this involves you moving the stick how your feet would have to kick the board.

Give it like 2 hours and play some of the actual game and you will learn.

You will learn alot faster online, but you are still in the stone age. But trust me, once the stick thing clicks, you will be like OOOOOOOOOO and then basically know how to do everything

No it means doug has no skills on the analog sticks. GET WITH THE TIMES DOUGIE, they are moving games away from button smashing. Basically Doug is mad cause unlike tony hawk, you actually have to try to beat this game, not just hit triangle once and you stick to rails like its magnets. BULLSHIT

drunk wont help, but here is a tip. when you ollie you go straight back to load, then straight foward with your feet to pop the board up right. So to heel flip, you pull the stick straight back, then up to the side of your heels. your guy flips his feet with the direction of your stick and boom, heel flip. Picture that for everything. A shove it spins the board, so for a shove it, you go straight back and then around to the front. your feet spin the board around with the stick. GET IT

you will beat the game really quick. The main point was the loadless city so that you can find a ton of shit without loading. Also, just skate around for awhile one day, and you will find a ton of spots that you never woulda found. The "missions" and other mini games help with it too.

The best part is goin online with it. Anything you dont know you will pick up and in general, it makes it alot more fun. Give it a real chance so that you know everything about how to play, and then head online, you will realize holy shit, i didnt know half the stuff

no. In fact I find that one to be the hardest one until you get really near the end. Quick tip, you are probably taking off too late and not gettin enough air to get 300 points. Try tryin to jump a little earlier when you go to clear the game. That was my problem at first
