Hhmmmm. Ya know. I think this could be used for the poor white trash portion of our population. Sounds like something they do, and could use help with. Only difference is that the black population of our country has more pride than the poor white portion. And while the argument for reparations and a feeling of entitlement runs deep with some of the black population I believe a large majority work towards bettering their lives while the majority of our poor white trash wallow in their ignorance and enjoy their place in life. At least enough where they do not attempt to pull themselves up.
