Okay, Its been a while so I might be a little slow . Today, I am having Cajun shrimp and Cheese Grits, The Shrimp were jumbo from the Gulf ( of Mexico) they have a store here that goes to Destin every morning. I then cooked some bacon added shallots, green onion, tomato. garlic, wine and butter added the shrimp and reduced. The grits are made with cream cheese, white cheddar whipping cream. I know it sounds to heavy but its not. Since I made it I will not give a score But...

Cooking and Prep time: about 3.5 hours

Possibility of getting laid: 100 % ( southern girls love it)

Yeah, I guess you are right. Unfortunately, I can't empathize because I am not really claustrophobic. IT doesn't seem like that big a deal to me - especially since he is in the studio and has people all around.
