You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Just wondering if anyone knows when Ubisoft is going to release this game?
It is scheduled for the 15th of December, but it still hasnt came out yet..

I checked Ubisofts website but couldnt find anything.

Q2 2008. You'll have to wait until the Spring at least.
