I like to make Bar-B-Q pizza:
pre-made crust baked a little bit in the oven
my freind's pig slather Bar-B-Q sauce (http://www.jaybabysbbq.com/default.htm)
grilled chicken
red onions
cheddar cheese
place it on the grill until the chees is melted nicely,
delicious.

Any recipes out there?

A real man makes his own dough, and I mean pre-fermented, overnight retarded goodness. Make your skin and throw it on the not-too-hot charcoal grill (that has been brushed with an oiled towel, watch your eyebrows). If you don't have an aluminum pizza peel, then you'll have deadened fingertips like me. After a minute or two (watch it closely), you flip the skin over, rapidly apply your sauces, toppings, and cheeses in the proper order (place toppings that will burn easy under the cheese), and cover the grill. Cook until done. Stuff like veggies and raw meat can be par-sauteed so you don't have to cook the thing so long that the bottom burns.

With that... it's time to put my frozen California Pizza Kitchen crispy thin pizza crust topped with bordelaise butter sauce, garlic white chicken, mozz chz, onions, roasted garlic, and parsley into the oven, and crack open a Fat Tire amber ale. It's the best I can do right now...can't make the crust right now. I'm taking in above said recipes, great.

For a nice smokey flavor on BBQ pizza, try some smoked mozzarella in leu of the cheddar. Delish.

That stuff absolutely rules! The best pre-made wing sauce I have tried. It's not like all I do is eat wings and try sauce, but I have tried several and Frank's is the best I have found.

For a quick treat, get some good quality chicken nuggets or tenders - I prefer the Tyson tenders myself. About half way through cooking, pull them out of the oven and toss them in the Frank's Wing Sauce. Finish cooking and enjoy!

I also used to make my own pizzas all the time, but never used a grill - only the oven. In fact, I don't own a grill.

I use that sauce for wings. I buy the Purdue wingettes. I season them up with melted butter, salt and pepper. I cook them at 350 until crispy, then mix them in with the hot sauce. With a side of celery and chuncky blue cheese dressing. It makes for a wonderful and messy dinner.

There was a place in Wisconsin that used to add bleu cheese to their pizza. Sounds weird/gross, but was amazingly good. Bleu cheese, sausage, onions, and green peppers made for a real tasty pie. They switched owners a while ago and no longer make pizzas... bastards.

Thanks Bro! I am now looking forward to sticking burgers and dogs to the ceiling of my oven this summer!

I know what you mean though. I was just saying I really don't have a ton of grilling experience and generally eat grilled stuff on "special occasions." I do hope to pick one up this year so I can practice a little.

Bleu cheese smells like feet - can't get past it.

One of my tenants is a nice Italian restaurant. They use Tallegio (sp?) cheese on their pizza. From what I've heard - it's a DELICIOUS cheese...however, uncooked - it smells like a rotting body...when it's cooked it smells like wet dog. Cheese lovers tell me it's fantastic....ugh!

My favorite Pizza recipe:

serves
2 starvin'
3 hungry
or 4 dainty types

In a large mixing bowl; combine cell phone and (201)385-7430. Let rest for about 20 minutes until pizza is crisp and cheese has melted. Then in a cash register till, at 142 veteran's plaza, fold in about $11 (do this with the assistance of the nice man behind the counter). Finally, peel back cardboard shell and serve the removed fruit from inside of the shell.

Has anyone ever tried Art Bell's Pizza Punch?

http://www.artbellspizzapunch.com/

If it's as good as his overnight talk show then I'd buy some instantly.
