If you were on death row and your execution was soon, you get a choice for your last meal.
If this was you, let's just say you can choose anything, from anywhere, from any restaurant--4 course whatever. What would be your final meal?
I'm leaning towards prime rib or a porterhouse steak, with some kind of tomato/mozzerella salad; but I haven't figured in the sides yet. And no booze.

Fried calamari and a nice salad. With a bottle of Cabernet Sovignon for the 1st course.
A veal chop, stuffed with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella, seared, then grilled for my main. (don't forget the mashed potatos) Accompanied by a few pints of Guinness.
Then carrot cake with a big mug of coffee and a really tall Jamesons on a rock.
Give me a Cohiba, 5 minutes to run a batch, and then plug me in.

two 1 1/4 lb lobsters, freshly caught and steamed, served with plenty of drawn butter, a bowl of clam chowder from the Fishmonger's in Woods Hole and a stuffed quahog from the Paddock in Hyannis (MA).
That or a freshly caught silver salmon from the Russian River in AK, grilled and served with steamed Jasmine rice and (again) plenty of butter.

I would just really want to cook something for myself. I would be nervous and cooking is a real relaxer for me. Get some pasta make a nice red wine sauce garlic plenty of peppers, red onions, green onions some beef tips topped with oregano, basil and some fresh parmesean with a nice chianti or possibly even a merlot.
