Its called "Welcome to Myrtle Manor" I only watched the 1st episode, and I wouldn't really call it a "show about something", more like fake reality with a goal of painting the locals as trailer trash. I didn't see any Russians, they seem to be making their money in the strip clubs making the sexy dance for you.

I'm happy that the only reality show to spend at least some time here, is that Gypsy Sisters thing. They portrayed our locals as being really annoyed by drunk Gypsies from West Virginia.
