I was only 3, so it diddnt hit me at the time, around 1992 when I was 15, it hit me, that I would never get to see the Beatles perform live

I thank him for foisting Yoko upon the rest of us.

I wonder what his legacy would have been had he lived. Would he have become a parody of himself and grabbed on to one cause after the next trying to change the world? Would he have hated his talent and become a bloated mess like Brando? Would he have faded into obscurity?

I like to think he would have continued writing non-pop songs and performed them in small clubs with just his guitar. Oh, and have a string of relationships with progressively younger Asian girls. And die an old man saying how young people today don't take music seriously anymore...
