You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Going to United Palace Theatre for Neil YOung Show....

Google shows the closest Hotel as the Howard Johnson in the Bronx....anyone been there, is it in a shitty neighborhood?

1300 Sedgwick Ave is the address.
