Some of them are pretty good. Others are way off, like the commuter time and price for people living in the suburbs or that "airships" really won't be use to for passenger or freight traffic.

The author didn't foresee the advances in agricultural technology that would let farmers produce more food on less land, but he knew the population would continue to grow they would have to be fed. If you don't think more food is possible, then larger food is the next logical step.
And to an extent, that has come to pass also. Although not as large as he thought, the size and quality of modern produce has been pretty thoroughly optimized through selective breeding, improved feeding/fertilization, and genetic manipulation (to an extent).

too bad they didnt see the golden arches in the future - i loved how the article made americans tall and healthy, as opposed today where gross midgets are allowed to live and we are the fattest country in the world. but, i cant blame them, after all, it is a magazine for women.
