A while ago, John Waters was on Opie and Anthony and suggested that people watch the documentary Zoo. Its a documentary about the guy and the video and the horse and the dying (if you want the actual story, look it up). I figured John Waters has never recommended anything to me before, I might as well check this one out.
It was shot very strange. The entire movie is narration from different people. The horse rescuer and the two guys who were buddies with the "star" of the video do most of the talking. Its basically a few interviews played over scenes acted out or footage shot. It was a real interesting movie, and really gave you some insight into what a lot of the "Zoo" people are thinking.
Anyone else check this movie out?
Also, when the movie was shipped through Netflix, my wife checked out what the movie was about. Its the first time she's ever flat out refused to watch a movie with me.
