FOr the past few weeks on 202, a promo has been running for the 90's channel on XM.

Right before the promo launches into the hook for Montell Jordan's "This is How We Do It", there's a clip played from something, where one voice says (sic?) "Come in Brother Bird, this is Alpha Bravo", with the response, "This is it, this is it, quack quack quack quack"

What the HELL is that from? I have no idea and creative searching on Google hasn't yielded much.
