Report (http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/7344548?MSNHPHMA): Kimmel banned from MNF :banning:
ESPN will no longer allow Kimmel any guest appearances on MNF after the ABC late-night host made several jokes about recently-fired analyst Joe Theismann.
Kimmel, who joined Mike Tirico, Tony Kornheiser and Ron Jaworski in the booth during the third quarter of the Giants' 31-10 win over the Falcons, joked about where Theismann was, insinuated that Kornheiser got Theismann fired (their on-air chemistry was often a topic of debate last season), and later remarked, "I'd also like to welcome Joe Theismann, watching from his living room with steam coming from his ears."

The man went ban crazy yesterday. I wonder if there was some carry over.

What a bunch of fairies. God forbid you inject a little humor into a broadcast.

ESPN seems to get scared really quickly when someone does anything edgy or controversial. I wonder if thats the ABC/Disney factor?

You guys seem to be forgetting that Jimmy Kimmell is employed by Disney. His show is on ABC.

His show used to be fun to watch and unique. Now its just like every other shitty, late night talk show.

im sick of politically correct boradcasting
the core demo isn't old women and children!
it's the same demo that listens to fart jokes on their way to work

one of the best sports play by play events that i can remember is when o and a did a like half an hour on curling and the skills envolved and talked about the stratedgy at length
it was brilliant
the future of broadcasting is alternate audio sources and you can have different broadcasting options
spots shock-casting

im patenting this idear by the way and none of u can have it

That's too funny. He also seemed to be more than a little high when he showed up.
