Very sad news, especially because she was close to 30 years Genesis's junior.

Well, the truly surprising thing is that Genesis has endured a solid 40 years of body modifications, ritualistic cuttings, being covered in feces, eating gallons of LSD, police harrassment, British people in general, as well as escaping a fire that burned down Rick Rubin's house about 12 years ago, and he's still not even a little dead. Must be all that time spent with Burroughs, who also refused to die.

If you've ever watched Don Letts's Punk Rock Movie, there is brief moment where Genesis shows up and wields a knife while wearing a purse made from bird claws and sporting a deeply wrong haircut ala Gabriel circa Genesis 2.0 (From Genesis to Genesis!). This speaks volumes to the miraculous fact that GPO still walks the Earth. The ultimate soccer mom for modern primatives.

Don't remember seeing him in "The Punk Rock Movie" but he was in "Dig!" professing his love for The Brian Jonestown Massacre so he's OK in my book. And nice rack btw :blink:

Didn't he fall out of a building a while back? I was at a party years ago, and everyone started ripping off shit from the poor girl who's house it was. Her parents were out of town. I saw one douche stealing CDs and there was an abnormal ammount of Psychic TV CDs that he left. I found out later that the chick's older sister sang on some Psychic TV albums. So if you ever see some chick who sang in Psychic TV and grew up in Occidental, tell her I feel bad that all those assholes stole shit from her parent's house.

Yes, Genesis fell out of Rick Rubin's house during a fire (he was staying with Love & Rockets while they recorded an album) and broke his arm and ribs, sued for personal injury, and used part of the $1.5 mil settlement money to cap his teeth with shiny, shiny metal.
