I've been kinda interested in seeming this show. I mean it has Jason Issac, who's a terrific actor, and Ethan Embry (when I saw him in Can't Hardly Wait, I thought he was going to blow up, movie wise but has been kinda under but still a great actor.) I may have to check it out after Dexter.

I think for some reason when Brotherhood first started out I confused it with The Wire which is another show that i've heard great things about.

All three are great shows.(Dexter being my favorite show)

I watched the first season when I got Showtime earlier this year.
It took me a few episodes to into it, but by the end I was hooked.
Can't wait for Sunday.:smoke:

So does Dexter.

Now that is one good night of television programming.

so far, the show has been amazing this season. Colin has been a great addition to the show and Dekko's spiral into coruption and drug addiction/alcoholism is like a powder keg. Best show on television right now!

Wow.
No comments in awhile.

Personally, I'm really enjoying this season so far.
Missed last night's episode, so I'm going to have a mini-marathon tonight of the last few weeks.

I've been saving this series up to watch it in bulk. But I gotta tell you, the atmosphere on this show depresses me. The problems they have, the area they live, the people themselves, it's just sad. It's almost like a poor mans "Dynasty", or a poor man's "rich man poor man" (no duplication intended). Not to be too critical, but do we really care about this group?

Unlike Californication and Dexter, as these shows have a non dreary, attractive edginess. Brotherhood is just bleak nastiness, (to me).

last night's episode was intense, seeing the disgust on Mike's face when one stripper was bangin another stripper with a dildo was real. the Mom of the whole crew is a pisser too. give it another look:thumbup:

Is this the only thread for the show ?

I thought I remembered one that had more posts.

I loved the scene when Michael came into the bar and that other guy kept busting Mo's balls by bringing up the Yankees.

Good stuff.

I've seen probably about 65% of the entire series randomly but I need to go back and watch it in order.

Showtime On Demand is only showing Season 2 now I think.

I've watched this show pretty much from the beginning.
At moments it's fantastic; others - not so much.

Michael >>>>>>> Tommy.

Tommy's wife = a little annoying

I'm really beginning to feel bad for Colin and hate Michael.

I just started watching Season 2 starting w/ episode 17.

It seems like I've seen most of these.

The Colin/Michael's g/f bonding started a while back it seems.

I think I just saw Lloyd from Entourage in the episode where Michael and Colin are buying the knock off bags.

So in trying to " catch up " on the episodes I missed I watched 4 episodes from season 2 that I had already seeen.

Now I need them to go back and show episodes 1-16.

Mo is a funny dude.

he's such a douche but he makes me laugh.

I also didn't like the fact that they killed that one guy ( the guy who must've dimed on Freddy ) in front of his wife and kid.

I'd have thought they'd try and avoid that kinda situation.

It's kind of bittersweet watching Michael lose his mind. On the one hand I really like the character and don't want to see him in that way, on the other he's really good at acting paranoid. I just hope Colin doesn't end up dead.

Freddie had some great lines tonight.

The episode itself was a little dry w/ the whole Tommy and the house and Colin at the motel but hopefully they'll make up for it next week.

Declan's ( sp ??? ) character is starting to annoy me.

I liked the episode, but yeah, Tommy's house issues were slow.

Declan pissed me off; he goes through all sorts of stuff to get his wife back then puts himself in a position to get pissed off?

Freddy did have some of the comic relief, and I think it's obvious that Michael is the best character.

Last night's episode made me like Freddie a little more.

I like him better as a #2 than a #1.

It was funny when he either intentionally or unintentionally made Michael start thinking about his g/f and Colin being together.

Freddie is hilarious.

I just missed out on seeing the 1st 2 seasons On Demand.

Now they only have Season 3.

Hopefully in a few weeks they'll go back again.

Collin : It's 5-O

Freddie : What are you a rap video nigger or something ??!!

I love Freddie's one liners.

Who does the 'Country Road' reggae cover that was played when they're smoking weed by the fishtanks in the beginning???

I think Collin mentions who's singing it when they are having dinner at Michael's house but I don't remember what he says.

Michael says it was Bob Marley or something like that and Collin corrects him.

if that was the series finale and that was what was planned, I can deal with it.
they did kind of tie up loose ends. I didn't however get that impression that it was a definite end, which would stink.

I hope it does come back and I was pretty sure they mentioned something about it in one of the post show episdoes but who knows.

If you think about it how can it come back ?

Michael could never again be a factor in Providence.

Colin's out of the picture.

Sadly I think they've wrapped it up as best they could.
