Hey Buddays. I'm from the Chicago area and getting transferred to Jersey. I'll be splitting time for work between Parsippany and Peapack. Any good young family type of areas around there as I know those two are close. I was hearing Morris and Somerset County are the two that would keep me within a 45 min commute to both cities.
Also, if you had a crystal ball, where would you move around there betting on the housing market in 5 years to great.

I'm a long time listener of the show, anyone live around that area that I could start asking ham n egger questions to?

Thanks!
Keith

I've worked in Somerset County, avoid Bound Brook and the towns near the river there. They usually have floods there when the river overflows. Our office in Manville got flooded last May when it rained for several days.

45 minute comute with or without traffic???

45 min with traffic. basically meaning I dont want to commute longer than 45 min. And I currently live in the eastern time zone, so i can be trusted.
