I'm 26, and it doesn't really affect me at all. I'm not glad, disappointed, excited or anything.
Is that weird?

No, One Day Is The Same As The Next!
Except Maybe That Your Birthday Falls On 9-11. That Has To Feel A Little Weird.

once 9/11 Becomes a Holiday, it will steal your birthday's thunder, but you will be off work

Like you, I don't make a big deal out of my birthday either. I mean what are you really celebrating? Something that you had no control over. I would rather celebrate the anniversary of the day I graduated from college or the day I lost my virginity. At least I had something to do with those days.

Nah, I've been like that for years. I think its a guy thing, women are usually more age sensitive than most guys are. I was talking to a cousin at a party once and I couldn't even remember how old I was. I actually had to think about it and subtract my birthdate from what year it was.
I think when I turned 30 it was a big deal to me, but after that its just another year, and they all fly by so fast. Call me when I hit 40 in a few years, but right now I just don't care.

Why would 9/11 become a holiday?

Why would 9/11 become a holiday?
It would become another day for party animals to party like crazy ... you know, like December 7th.

I'm 24, and probably for the past decade if not longer I really don't care about my birthday. My only problem is when someone acknowledges it, then I get depressed or annoyed. But personally, I prefer that day to go like any other day, ignored and insignificant.
