Listening to the worst of today, I realized that "Wild" Bill hasn't been on the show in a long while. Does he still work for O and A?

I think he left a while ago. Went back to school or something. I remember it coming up on the show a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, had a quick chat with him at Bar 9 after the latest show event... IM Slacker has it right. Going back to school, doing his own thing. He's a cool guy, I wish him the best. His bits made me laugh my ass off.

i thought Bill was hysterical, but I always thought he was wasted on O&A. if Bill had been around R&F for that long, he would have been a classic. he kind of reminded me a Bitz, for anyway who remembers the JFK days

Anyone else realize that the replay right now with Pat from Moonachie (where he talks about that girl leaving and Pat's heart breaking) was on the other day, Tuesday I think?

Yeah, the replay situation is atrocious at times. Who want's to re-hear a bad interview with Richard Dreyfus? We get it, he was in Jaws.

I remember Steve C was complaining on the air about how he scrapped most of Bill's ideas and promos for being "too insane"... considering this is the O&A show, where 45 minutes one show were spent guffawing over Lacy+Lil' Conner jokes (which was fucking hysterical), I can't see how sanity was a big factor in deciding what made the airwaves and what didn't.
Fully agree with ya Nick except I think he already is a classic. Bill brought us such great bits as "How did your parents die?", "GO BLOW MY KIDS WHORE! (that's-my-Pop!)" and Evil Steve C promos. I wish he had stuck around more on Ron and Fez, he definitely would have been more utilized and appreciated. He's pals with Bronx Johnny, another fellow who we all know makes for great radio whom O&A admitted publicly to "wasting" and completely missing while he was their intern.
I'm gonna miss his work. I hope he comes back sometime, but if not, oh well. I wish him the best whatever he does.

I always liked Bill and I'm bummed he's gone. It's a shame we never got to read his Opie and Anthony movie script.

The kid would have probably taken off if Opie's big fucking ego would allow anyone besides him to talk on the show. Ever notice that O&A never have any back and forth with any of their producers/interns? Too busy laughing at their own jokes,
Still cant believe these guys are the "main" show on 202 and the Buddays have to take second seat.

I certainly didn't mean for this to become a bash O and A thread. If you don't like 'em, piss off.

You might want to quote the post that offended you. There was only one anti OnA post that I can see. Your post makes it sound like the whole thread has turned against them.
