Anyone else see this flick?
I've never been much into the
Farrelly Brothers but I really
did enjoy it. It was a bit
"softer" and less crude than
the usual Farrelly bros.
movie, but they left their
"signature" close to the end
with Jason Alexander's
character ("Only when I'm
nervous... or happy.")

Maybe I'm just being a chick
who's sensitive when it come
to the topic of weight, but it
really is a good movie!!!

It got Thunderlips laughing
and he didn't want to see it.
Catch a matinee if you can
(never let it be said I'd
frivolously spend the money of
an NYU student!) Jack Black is
very clever and funny. Gwyneth
Paltrow is believable as a fat
girl (although no true obese
woman would be caught eating
in public superfuously; just a
flaw I found with this movie!)
Jason Alexander is playing an
even more shallow version of
George Costanza; but he's
still funny. It's good to know
that Tony Robbins doesn't take
himself THAT seriously!

Catch a matinee if you can... There ARE no matinees in lower manhatten. everything is $10. but i can get a cheap ticket from a service on campus i guess and see a late showing (I think it's showing Sunday at 1.15 near me). I go in with my blankie and I'm like Opie

Freddie Prinze Jr is going to be Freddie in the New Scooby Doo movie and Matthew Lillard is playing Shaggy. RETARDED CASTING!!

There is no way this new Scooby movie will be 1/100 as great as the Scooby parody in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Same way as the PotA remake wasn't half as good as the PotA parody in JSBSB.
