"Alright I got nothing to really say but does that ever stop me from saying something, I think not. What is up with this country? Why have we become the enemy of so many countries? I know since we became the world power most countries began to hate us and that is fine I mean everyone hates whoever is on top, right? Being a world power means you have right to push your ideology on others, England did that, Spain did it, and of course going further back in history you can go to Rome, Inca's etc… but you get the idea. But I think because you do have the power to push your ideology you have to be careful what you're pushing and we are not pushing an ideology that makes any sense. What we are doing is separating our own country period. We have a "War on Terror" but how many people believe it's more a war for oil than anything else. I don't know why we are in the Middle East right now, I know why we went there in the first place and we had to it was the right thing to do then but I'm not to sure about now. It feels like we are treading water and that is the worst feeling in the world. We are going to feel the repercussion of this War for years to come and we should all prepare for that. We sent kids over their and they had to kill do you think their coming back "normal"? Do you think that those kids who saw their father's, brother's, mother's etc.. killed by our soldiers are just going to forget? Now don't get me wrong I do believe we have done some good and I do believe we have change some peoples lives for the better over their but will that out weight the people who think we just went into their country for no reason? I don't have an answer for that one. The thing that saddens me the most is that the country has been separated into Liberals and Conservatives and both are blind to that fact for the most part. Why can't people look at a topic and decide on the merit of that issue why does it matter is it came from a Democrat or Republican? Are people so incapable of making their own minds up they just see that R or D and say "well he's my guy or girl so I'll vote down the party line". What? Are you serious so that's all it takes? I hope things change and I know one person who could make that change and his name is John McCain. I am sure there are some others out their but until they make themselves known I will stand behind that man. I encourage everyone to start looking at things at angels instead of just black/white. I ask you to realize that we have a responsibility to help others because we are a world power and the richest nation. I ask that you take into consideration we should do things because their right not because we can get something out of it. Remember the movie "Pay it Forward" we should all live our lives by that.
