I'm all for the raunch, but the "subtle" scenes that lead up to sex does it for me. I've got two,
Jennifer Lopez in Out Of Sight, the long seduction scenes with Clooney, up to the scene with her undressing, unbelievably hot.

And Marisa Tomei in Untamed Heart, shows nothing, but the lead-in starting at the haircut scene with Slater and finishing in the bedroom,
unbelievably in love with Marisa at that point.

I know kind of an obvious choice but the scene (you know the scene) in Last Tango in Paris. Yes, it's something a lot of people would reference but there is something so simultaneously brutal and sensual about it that makes it so sexy.

There aren't a lot of good bondage sex scenes I can think of in mainstream movies but plenty of good bondage non-sex scenes oddly enough.

Best I can think of right now is Madeleine Stowe and Kevin Costner in "Revenge". In that movie she's the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen and Tony Scott builds the sexual tension nicely and the payoff comes when she pulls up her summer dress and climbs aboard while he's driving them away in a jeep. Yeah, it's one of the few times I actually really "noticed" a movie next scene. Maybe I'm too jaded by the modern day saturation of porn or whatever, but movie sex scenes, for me, usually end up being pretty forgettable so obviously staged and usually kind of goofy. That movie has a couple of exceptions...same as some others people have mentioned, like Secretary (though less the actual sex scenes and more the "seduction") and The History of Violence.
