Hour 1 has started and it is Conger Eel.It pits Iron Chef Italian Masahiko Kobe against a the Challenger Hiroki Sakai. This is a very good battle which I have seen before forgot who wins though. I think the Iron Chef will win I will keep up with updates so check this often!
