Not the Japanese nose rock duo, but Scott Smith's book that just came out in paperback. I don't really read much modern horror, and I didn't even realize this book was a horror novel until I started reading it. I liked it. I ended up blowing off all kinds of errands and reading the whole damn thing on Tuesday afternoon. I guess the author has written the screenplay for the movie, which will come out next year. Anyone else dig this book?

I just got "A Simple Plan", Smith's only other book. I remember liking the movie and all of it's disasterous hopelessness. The book's gotta be good.

yea, i picked up the book when it came out last year on hardcover. Just kinda bought it on a sponatious whim. Really good read. It had a lot of psychological and gory stuff.

I think their either in post or filming the movie. The only cast members i know about is the chick from Donny Darko and Iceman from X-Men. I just hope they market the movie right because it would be a shame if it was put in the same category as Turistas or Saw.
