As somebody within throwing distance of that mile(grave)stone I can give you an informed opinion. I would go with two 25 year-old hookers. It's fun and it keeps a certain balance in the universe.

If you really want to be sure it imprints as a happy memory when he's sitting in the nursing home, I'd throw in some Viagara and a defibrillator.
