Paulo briefly mentioned this on his last segment but The Ten came out last Friday in limited release. Somewhat connected short films about the ten commandments. It comes from Ken Marino and David Wain (both from the State) and all the State members are in it along with a bunch of Wet Hot American Summer people (e.g. Paul Rudd (the narrator) and others (Justin Theroux, Oliver Platt, Liev Schrieber). It's been getting mostly mixed reviews (negative mixed mostly).
I have seen Simpsons (which I really liked) and Knocked Up and Hot Fuzz but I don't think I laughed harder or more consistently than I did at any other movie this summer, probably in recent memory. It's not for everyone (if you enjoy The State type humor (woo-hoo DVDs coming soon!!), it'll be more suited for you) and some segments do fall flat (but I found all of them to have a few great laughs) but it's such a unique blend of off-the-wall, old school slapstick and thinking comedy.
