It's an OK list... but almost every "badass band" has a couple weak songs. Just calling every one listed there "badass" is flawed to begin with.
"Gimme Three Steps" fits in fine with every other Skynyrd song. It's not much of a stretch.
Ozzy went from badass to bumbling 20 years ago.
Uncle Kracker was never badass.
Aerosmith hasn't been badass since the 70's.
Buster Poindexter was a character created by David Johansen. Cheesy and annoying, but he's still living off the money he made off of "Hot Hot Hot" today, so more power to him. You think New York Dolls royalties are rolling in? I saw them at the Hoboken Art and Music Festival. Cringe Festival.
And Jagger & Bowie? Jagger sang like a badass on some of the live Stones albums - but it was Keith who is the badass. Bowie was never badass. Buster Poindexter could have kicked Ziggy Stardust's ass.

I might have a winner:
Come Dancing by the Kinks.

But were The Kinks ever "badass"? I don't think so. "Apeman", "Dedicated Follower Of Fashion", "Do It Again"? Not exactly badass.
The one band that will never fall on such a list: AC/DC

though hardly "badass", I always thought "The Cars" were a good band, what a shame that "Drive" was their only top 10 hit.
Was that an excessive use of quotation marks?

A list that includes Uncle Kracker as "bad ass" is the dumbest list ever....

Not a big fan of the song either, but It was inspired by Queen, so I give it a pass.

F_S Didn't Even Want To Click On The Link Cause He Can Imagine That His Heroes The Beatles Have Like 100 Selections On That List...Thank You Sir Paul!
Hopefully, Pink Floyd And Queen And Fat's New Favorite (The Pixies) Do Not Appear On That List At All. Also, The Who And The Doors ANd Jimi Hendrix And Neil Young. Ignorance Is Bliss, So F_S Won't Even Click The Link!

Santana isn't bad ass in that song just because there is a chick singing? I still think the guitar is pretty good.

Too bad more people didn't get to see Buster Poindexter before it got hyped and he turned into a cartoon. He played Tramps in NYC and would do big-band jump blues covers (Cab Calloway, Louis Prima, etc.) - theres an out-of-print album called "Buster's Happy Hour" that showcases this stuff ...
The closest I can find to it in youtube is this clip - he hams it up most of the time and doesn't actually sing much but you can tell its early in his Buster era because he hasn't inflated his doo to maximum hight yet ....

I actually liked All Of My Love. Maybe not their best song but surely not their worst or lamest.
And I agree w/ all of the Uncle Kracker comments.
Firstly they were never badass, let alone not even in the same universe with several of the others on that list, but everyone of the songs I ever heard by them was awful.
