Looking For a web-based Rolodex Type Thing

Does anyone of a good free online address/contact list? I have yahoo and I'm not crazy about their address book. I'm looking for something that gives me the flexibility that Microsoft Outlook does with names, addresses, contact numbers, room for notes about the person; like for instance their kids names or a birthday, etc. I've always shied away from having a physical rolodex but I'm getting more to the point where I need to organize my contacts better.

Checkout the Download (http://www.download.com/?tag=hd_ts) section of CNet.com. I am not sure what they have, but it is the first place I go to look for alternative software.

You can find a lot of stuff that is Free, or at least free to try, and for all the major operating systems.
