Thanks for sharing that JS,it looks pretty deep.I thought that Forrest Gump was the soundtrack to MY life(literally) then R&F ripped it as something like getting to see this retard showing up in all these amazing places...blah,blah,blah.I liked the fact that whoever came up with movie dared to update some of the Beatles music with this generations' aptitude, again thanks for sharing.

I must have seen that trailer about 6 months ago, I thought the movie looked like it could be decent. But if the trailers been around that long and movie hasn't come out yet, it makes me worrie, the studio must be holding it back for some reason.

I saw the trailer before Spider-Man 3 and have never been so put off by a movie preview before. I turned to my friends and said, "What the hell was that crap?" The trailer was so bad, it made me ill.

From what I heard, massive, massive recuts and reshoots.

Isn't Mikey Background in it?

it's a julie taymor movie (Titus, Frida, some flick with midgets). also, she was responsible for the Lion King on broadway. i don't expect it will be a conventional film, but i'm looking forward to it.

I had also seen the trailer before Spiderman 3. It made sense while making no sense at all if anyone catches my drift.

Visually it looks pretty cool but i hatehatehatehate The Beatles so im pretty positive that i wont be subjecting myself to this movie.

mildly amusing

I went to see this last night...I loved it...it's definitely a strange movie, so it's not for everyone....but i highly recommend seeing it...I've Just Seen A Face has been stuck in my head all day...and Joe Cocker has, hands down, one of the best cameos ever

Well, they probably couldn't have afforded to use the original recordings anyway. That would cost a fortune. That's why you usually hear covers of Beatles songs in movies rather than the originals (i.e., I Am Sam).

Say, how about that guy's rousing cover of "While My Guitar Gently Bleeds" on R&F a few weeks ago?
